At Max and Lily, we want you to love your new home furnishings. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack all components into the original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print your prepaid return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of each box, making sure to cover any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
